JOHN JOHN SIGNS WITH HURLEY

10:28AM Mon, 7th January 2013

After 15 years of riding for O’Neill (since the age of 6), news of John John Florence jumping ship and signing with Hurley’s brand new, all-star team has been confirmed. Although the details of the deal haven’t yet been made public, the sighting of poster ads in Long Beach, California is what put end to all further rumours of him signing with anyone else. John John will therefore be joining the likes of Hurley World Tour rippers Julian Wilson, Kolohe Andino, Michel Bourez and Miguel Pupo (plus Yadin Nicol as the 2nd replacement in the event of injury). Surely now the strongest team on the Dream Tour?

Txomin Higson is not actually Basque, even though he has taken to wearing hiking boots and tracky bums as part of his everyday get-up.
