Quik Pro France

The first round of the Quik Pro France got off to an incredible start last Saturday. After starting the contest at La Nord, the world-famous pounding shorey of La Gravière turned on just in time for Kelly Slater and Andy Iron’s respective heats. Both notched up solid wins straight through to round 3.

Meanwhile European contenders Jeremy Flores and Miky Picon will have to surf in round 2. Check out highlights from their 1st round heats right here, plus some sick freesurfing from Parko, Roy Powers and others just north of the contest site.

Today the wind is howling onshore and the contest is on hold, but stay tuned for round 2 first thing tomorrow.
